About Us
Al-Nas Hospital, established in 2019, is one of the major projects of the Al-Joud Charitable Foundation, a non-profit organization registered with the Ministry of Social Solidarity (No. 715/2015). The hospital was founded to provide high-quality, free medical care to underserved communities across Egypt.
The hospital specializes in treating congenital and chronic heart diseases, particularly critical newborn cases requiring urgent intervention. Its services have expanded to include cardiology and cardiac surgery, gastrointestinal (GIT) care, diabetes services, a dedicated burn unit, and a specialized liver transplant unit, providing comprehensive, advanced medical care following international standards. All operations are fully supported through charitable donations.
Located in Shubra El-Kheima, within Qalyubia Governorate north of Cairo, Al-Nas Hospital is one of the largest specialized medical centers in the Arab region and Africa. It spans 30,000 square meters, features five fully equipped buildings, and has a capacity of up to 600 beds.read more
